Our Project Staffing division was formed specifically to offer a viable, cost effective, alternative to the traditional recruitment model by looking at a holistic approach to project staffing. We operate a ‘supply chain’ approach ensuring that the skills needed throughout the project life cycle are constantly available and replenished, so that you are able to hire the people you need exactly when you need them. This has the added benefit of ensuring the best quality candidates are sourced well in advance and the mutual commitment also secures a considerable cost saving.
Our process can start at any stage of the project, frequently working with you as early as Pre-Feasibility to define a robust hiring plan. We ensure that we maintain multiple candidates at all stages of the project cycle.
In addition to our off site service, we are able to offer an on-site implant option to fully integrate our expertise into your own team delivering not only overall improvement in the quality of staff but also risk management and cost savings.
