The first step is to identify the best candidates with a given set of skills. Many are on our database already but this can be supplemented by networking and name gathering.
We then screen the CV’s and interview the candidates to ensure that firstly, they are capable of doing the job and, secondly, that they are genuinely motivated to do it.
We would then double check our thoughts against formal references and anecdotal sources, through informal references in the industry, before submitting them.
From the initial pool of candidates only the best three or four CV’s are added to our final shortlist.
Once the client has made their decision on who they would like to hire, it is then also down to us to handle the salary negotiations and logistical arrangements to ensure the ultimate delivery of the candidate on site.
